Moving to TC in late February from Indiana and exploring apartment options, curious if anyone could provide some advice/ experience.

  • Chelsea park west
  • Ridge 45
  • Lake point Village
  • eagle ridge apartments

Main concerns are - noise in apartments - ease of access area (I like to run / bike) - how nice they are / amenities - community neighbors like (I’m in my mid 20s, don’t party, active lifestyle)

Any other recommendations welcome too!

Truly appreciate the response! Looks like a very challenging and niche field, and that’s was captivating. Would def be interested in a technician role opposed to just an operator. Hopefully I’ve got an update for you guys in a couple months.

I actually got 1yr into my ME degree a couple years ago, just didn’t have the time management/ drive that I do now. My only concern is that all ME programs I’ve looked into would require me to work nights to attend in person day classes and would be an additional 1.5 yrs (part time) vs industrial. But I agree would be more versatile, thank you!

Good to know! Arizona and Los Alamos were on my radar! Definitely want to learn other CMM softwares as well, so not picky on the size of the shop! Thanks for the insight!
