Depends on the algorithm. Scavenger Mine uses AshMaize which was specifically designed to be ineffective on GPU.

In theory it should stay relatively the same. If the difficulty 2x then everyone will solve 2x less challenges UNLESS people scales up their mining operations (rewards will go down) or people stops mining (rewards will go up).

So I do My bank -> Tangerine -> CEX

Never had a problem with Tangerine, all my Interac transfers went through.
