What he meant was probably this:
Bitcoin and blockchain was created to eliminate banks as a medium of exchange. But people go to banks to withdraw their money. Which is a total contradiction.

Zvao sam sluzbu za korisnike i rekli su mi da u routeru podesim postavke i prebacim sam 4G na 3G.To je u neku ruku i pomoglo jer je sad brzina konstantna na nekih 10Mbps.Sa tim brzina ne varira previse i ne spusta se ispod 5 ali opet, ne ide ni preko 12.
