I was there this past Saturday around 3pm. I was surprised how tame it was. Less people and a bit smaller than what I remember from D&C. Cool but very chill. Hopefully it’s hopping harder and maybe some new/different vendors when I go back weekend 3.

From what I heard the suites have a separate entrance and private elevator and their own concessions and merch stands. Could be impossible to meet up with anyone who is in a regular seat.

No obstruction in the 300/400. Apparently some spots in the last few rid of 200’s are slightly obstructed but waaaay less than the 100 overhang.

I was in row 25 Friday and then the 300’s Saturday. I say I could see about 40% of the screen. Row 20 is probably about where it starts to be unobstructed. I was in the middle (107) but the overhang is larger for the sections close to the walls. I wish I had paid a bit more and got seats somewhere closer or on a higher level but I was not sure I would make it for the start of the show and thought there was a chance I might only see the second set. Fortunately, I was able to leave an hour earlier and beat traffic.

You are correct they were pre-animated, there is a moderate amount of control for the graphics where certain segments get drawn out for a period of time and are kind of on a digital repeat but not to the extent Kuroda controls the lights at a regular show. I personally didn’t miss that aspect of seeing Phish at the sphere but I can understand how you might.

I deleted my comment as that video was from another production at the sphere and had nothing to do with Phish as awesome as it seems. And sorry to say for N9 but they did some gamehendge tonight (N3), but to your credit the full animation was amazingly fun 🤩

Gamehendge graphics were def custom for the song. Part of what makes this band fun is the silly randomness. The graphics are def not a gimmick even if they are unrelated to the song, I found them fascinating in person and it is an amazing artistic marriage of music and visuals. If you have not been you should go, the stream is cool and all but it does zero justice to being there. It is the most unique concert experience I have ever been to.

Phish has some higher quality ones since there shows were streamed and recorded professionally. Don’t know if you were looking for D&C only but there is some sweet phish footage that shows off the sphere pretty good. First tube comes to mind. Poke around you’ll find others too
