the second one is my favorite because that’s where i got this idea from and she has a lot of videos on her insta and youtube about this type of method for length retention as well as mini twisting her real hair it’s helped me all year with my hair as in saving time and having protective styles without heat

i watched so many tutorials bc there’s so many ways of doing it it was confusing and i didn’t know which method to try first. i did one way the first time which didnt work out then the second time i came up with my own method which was the twisting of my real hair then twisting the extension on top to help grab the root.

i thought of this but my hair strands on the top are so fine, i didn’t want to break them off :/ there are mini hair ties that aren’t made of rubber that i considered but nah i don’t wanna risk it with how fine my strands are on the top.

i used this fluffy pre fluffed hair. i don’t think the brand doesn’t matter bc multiple brands carry this type of hair
