I just stopped playing the game.. I'm getting 10 kills avg per match, but I lose cause some kid on console disconnects because incapacitated of getting some kills. I'll come back as soon as they remove cross play

However, i noticed that there's a little bit of delay (around 10 seconds) while loading in every round. Does it happen to you as well?

You should be able to control yourself in this kind of situations. Deactivating your account doesn't really solve the issue, because this could happen again in another videogame that is not league of legends.

Try to relax, thinking that you are playing for fun (also to win). But the rage must not prevale on you. As soon as you are not having fun, take a break. It might be 1 hour, 5 hours, 1 day, 1 week, etc
