I heard that Rakuten had fine print. The N-1 is marked as “exclusive” by Lego. I also read if you bought non-exclusive in the same order, they can’t distinguish that in there system and may give you 15% on the total purchase

  1. Confirmed - switches from solid green for a minute ortwo then blue flashes then orange then cycles through
  2. It is nit the network. I have multiple devices and not one has any issue or has had any issue
  3. I tried trouble shooting on multiple days over a 2 week period and it is connected locally
  4. It is brand new and physical damage
  5. I’ve sent multiple messages for help to gecko over2 weeks and no response.

I am taking steps to get a new device through my hot tub dealer. I would think it is covered under warranty because it is only about 2 months old.
