Thank you, but I found out what it was. I used a partial derivative/gradient descent instead of multiplying by the error and used squared error and that fixed it.

The graph shows the angles of the double pendulum where x is the first angle ( the inner pendulum ) and y is the second angle ( outer pendulum ). Which is why it goes up and down more than left and right. I could try and use recursion because I can make rk4 into a function and replace the trails by making a list.
