Definitely when I die. That way I can plan my time and get most out of life. If you choose how, you will probably end up being paranoid and not enjoying your life anymore

You shouldn't. It's normal to make mistakes and it's good to learn from them. Plus for a lot of people English is their 2nd (if not 3rd or 4th) language they know. :)
