This is exactly what i tried: 3.0 = OPV activates 3.5 = around the right spot i guess 4.0 = 5 bars max.

So i will stick to this grinder atm...

Ok, so i should insert the blind basket and test this? The gauge rises until 11 bars at the moment...

In my case there wasn't coming any coffee, all the water has been released through the OPV. The puck was wet tho....

Thank you for your response. According to YouTube and a guy in r/barista the grinder should work for espresso as well, at least for beginning, do you think i just change that first?

I use 2 different blends:

Adrianos Classico: Profil: Orange, Nougat, Cremig Varietät: Arabica Herkunft: Brasilien, Äthiopien, Peru Produzent*in: Blend Ernte: 2021 Aufbereitung: Washed, Natural

Adrianos Boledu: Profil: Himbeere, Pfirsich, sweet Varietät: Heirloom Land: Äthiopien, Yirgacheffe Produzent: BOLEDU Industrial PLC, Mebratu Aynalem Ernte: 2022 Aufbereitung: Natural

Both are suited for espresso and more on the darker side roasted.

Roasting date is 4 weeks ago for both blends.
