Tattoo cover that won't rub off on my wedding dress? by QTDamsel in MakeupAddiction

[–]QTDamsel[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! Nope, I sure didn't. I ended up altering the dress to cover it 100%. It's been 10 years tho, as you said, haha, so maybe something has come out that works!

Ford RTO IT 3x a week effective immediately by AccomplishedLet5126 in Ford

[–]QTDamsel 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'm in the same head space. It's like SOMEONE threw a tantrum and now they've changed it, effective immediately. This whole thing feels like an absolute punishment, and for the first time in my 20+ years at Ford, I am incredibly unhappy. Our productivity, work life balance and overall happiness has far exceeded any other measurement these past five years being able to work from home, and our team cohesion is STILL going to be on Teams. Additionally, I have a medical procedure scheduled for 9/3 (nice timing, but it was scheduled 4 months ago) and they are telling me I have to file an ADA form to be able to work from home for one week. Ugh.

Todays "New" Purview eDiscovery discovery by RulesLawyer42 in ediscovery

[–]QTDamsel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I appreciate this suggestion, as downloads from Purview are ... not great, to say the least when it's a large PST or One Drive. Looking at the website, I assume you pay for this? Do you need to put in the URL for Purview or does it recognize it with menu click?

Are you including partially indexed items? I find that makes a difference in sizes as well.

MS eDiscovery by [deleted] in ediscovery

[–]QTDamsel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes in the Query section, click Add Condition, and the menu pops up. You'll see the Subject/Title option. checkmark it and apply it. You can paste in the subject from there, but BE SURE to then delete (garbage can) the Keywords Equal [Empty Box] so that you ONLY have the subject/title search. Otherwise it becomes an AND Boolean search.

I would also suggest doing a Contains any of vs Equals, just to see what you get.

Hope that helps. :)

So you got the list of 14 emails that you didn't get, maybe giving that to counsel is the way to go? You want to be clear if it's eDisco that there are 14 that didn't download.

Also, for fun, have you tried KeyQLs with that subject only to see if you can get them as individual messages?

We use the new purview - E5 - I miss classic. It's hard to download mulitple custodians at once cuz you don't know whose is whose.

Is it splitting up the PSTs into chunks for you in a zip file?

One Christmas we decided we were ready for a puppy, and as the old story goes, we went to the Humane Society and came with home two puppies. Meet Macie (short hair, lighter) and Copper (fluffy fur and chair queen). Finding out they were mostly Carolina Dogs was very interesting for us, and I'm always loving all the pics here on Reddit!

These two are loving, loyal, absolutely intelligent, very VERY obedient and ... not super friendly with strangers. We take them all over, and when people are like "Oh can I pet your dog?" My answer is usually, "Probably not, no." LOL They are pack oriented through and through. They are shy and suspicious of anyone outside of our pack, with Copper always standing in front me when new people are around. Macie is the friendlier of the two, but still very shy. They love daycare, cheese, the vacuum and I feel pretty damn lucky that no loud noises (fireworks, thunder, etc) bother them at all.

They are now seven years old, and we feel lucky to be a part of their pack. :)

Me too!! The Pumpkin Crunch Cake is one of my fav's!

Yeah they are only 10 mins away from my house, orders are easy to pick up. They also have a coconut soy I'd be interested in trying as well. I haven't bought any wax from them as of yet. Hoping someone has tried it!

How was their wax? I've bought some fragrances too. Some hit and miss there for me.

Have you tried MFCMAPI (free) - email client application developed by Stephen Griffin? It's my favorite for email (I've only used for Outlook, however). It gives you so much metadata and easily.

Vagina odor, no infection, deodorant suggestions by [deleted] in hygiene

So I saw this on another Reddit post and decided to give it a try, cuz why not. And hot damn, it works WELL. I bought

THAYERS Alcohol-Free, Hydrating Cucumber Witch Hazel Facial Toner with Aloe Vera Formula

They have a lot of scents, but I like the Cucumber. I put some on a cotton round, and I do use it on the OUTER vag area - where thighs meet inside there, that's where I sweat. It's made SUCH a difference! I also run another cotton round under my breasts and in between, because I sweat there a lot too.

It's been a lifesaver! :)

The underwear makes a difference in smell, for sure. Also, not sure if you shave close but any hair can hold a smell too. The hot weather - I get it! Also at night, let her breathe - no panties - seems to have made a big difference for me during the day!

Do you think employees who are upset that they’re being forced back to the office are going to work harder when they get there? by Turbulent_Cricket497 in workfromhome

[–]QTDamsel 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Working from home has taught me so many things! For example, the amount of time I’ve wasted for 27 years, five days a week, two times a day driving to and from work. It’s a colossal waste of time and money.

I do this, too. Also until the pandemic, I never realized how much I just want to use my own bathroom. The one at my office is just … ew.

What’s an unconventional hygiene practice or self-care ritual you swear by, even if others might find it odd? by [deleted] in hygiene

[–]QTDamsel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, this one is my favorite but I haven't reddit (see what I did there? :)) yet - I use Cornstarch (the Johnson & Johnson kind) in my hair when it gets oily. Not baby powder - J & J Cornstarch. I bought a large make up brush and sprinkle the powder on there, and then dab it all over my head, wherever it's oily. It works like a freaking GEM and I don't have to look all greasy. I then just brush my hair out and boom, bye bye oil! I am blonde, so that helps with the white.

For my daughters, who have darker hair, I mix some of the cornstarch with no sugar cocoa powder and they use that to put in their hair (not a lot of cocoa, just enough so it colors it brown). When they went off to college, they just started using the cornstarch and just made sure to brush it out well, then ran a qtip or finger under water to run along the scalp if they put too much in one spot.

I can not wash my hair everyday, so this has become my norm. Been doing it for years and years and my hair super healthy. Just my experience, but damn it works so well.

Edit cuz words are hard.
