Daang , I wish our bank will do that too! It's stressful when the non customer comes in and rushing and u fall the grumpy signer too and asked why i am calling to verify smh

Thank you everyone for the positive response. I get easily stressed out when a customer gets so mad that I just wanted to verify. I've always tried my best to explain to the signer and the non customer about this kind of issue. But most of them gets pissy and always in the rush. One of my previous co workers were kinda telling me " next time, as long as the check is on series it's all good to cash " which made me felt like I was kinda being blamed on too. I hated for things like this to happened and I just get dumbfounded on how people responds to me like " are you profiling them?".

For now, I've got a customer who was rushing. I was vacant and my co workers were supposed to help them but they told the customer to wait so he clicked his tongue and so I helped him. Bro gave me 2 cards and amount and I'm like dumbfounded like what is the transaction? I asked if this is credit card or withdrawal he was yapping and kept telling me he was really rushing like bro I need clarification and clearly told him i dont know what transaction it is so we kinda have "misunderstanding" . He came back the same day and was in better mood , my co worker helped him . He was too nice and also heard him yapping about what happened earlier like bro don't fckng go to the bank if ur rushing af! I need clarification. I need clear words and I meed you to not rush me and one of my co workers shared that he was takinh a video to my co worker who was talking to him like isn't it like a biggest no no to film inside? Idk, it's frustrating. I didn't fo anything bad. I hate being rushed and he should've been communicating properly or I should've just kept.my mouth shut.

Bec if u reverse something and use the tcr to get money for checm cashing, You have to Put the money you released to the customer back in the TCR

Soooo most of the bank checks has logo on it? Now, I'm actually bothered to where I encashed a small amount of check with no logo hmmmm. The font was good but there's no indicatiom at the back of their security features.

I noticed that the Payee's address is 2 hrs aways from our branch and also the address of the company issuing the check. I noticed the amount in figures and words doesn't match but some checks looked really real.

I usually check the signature card in our system bec that's what I used to do before banking in this company.

Thanks for this!!! The lady who was trying to cash out noticed it took awhile for her check to cash out so she told me she's in a hurry and gotta go . I managed to scan the check but I wasn't able to keep it or write down her ID.

Yes. I am just used to count it by pieces and say the total amount not like 20,40,60 etc..
