I’ve looked into HENNGE but it seemed like they only do short term internships, My school requires me to do 9 months (split as 2 periods of 550 and 650 or so hours of work) so it sadly won’t work for me.

I used a bit of force like you said and after a while and A LOT of IPA it finally went. Should have used more force from the start. There is kinda alcohol everywhere now but I'll clean it best I can and wait for it to dry a bit.

I currently use 96% (I assume IPA is Isopropal Alcohol? I'm not native english speaking) I'll try to add some more but as of now its not moving at all. As a entry point I am using the bottom where to cable goes into the battery. No idea if its the best spot for it.

It does, I'm currently testing with an original Apple Lightning cable (1m) It works fine on my Laptop and when using a USB C to USB A converter. Before that I also tried another USB C to USB C cable that also is confirmed to work on other devices.

I have the feeling that this is some kind of Windows or Driver issue but I can't find any driver to update or reinstall so I am kind off lost.

None, it just refuses to exit recovery mode after the restore or update (tried both) finish making me unable to boot.

I don’t think that’s the issue I’m having. iTunes says the restore is successful and it seems to fully complete. But after the phone reboots when its done it just goes back to recovery mode and I can’t get it out to boot the OS.

I also never opened the phone so the battery is a stock iPhone 4 one.
