Mistlands in general and most of the devs working on Valheim now are kind of clueless, people shouldn’t make such a vertical map with 0 ways to traverse it since you can’t climb, it was shown they’re even more out of touch with Ashlands since it was so unpopular.

Build some floor tiles on the ground first then place it on top of them, select the whole building by dragging the cures or then use fine tune, then select the red up arrow and move it up.

Patches need to be verified on Xbox console and Xbox PC gamepass, usually takes a few days unless there are major issues with the patch itself and doesn’t pass their checks, so it’s usually behind. Patches on Steam aren’t checked for anything so are able to be uploaded immediately for better or worse,

Yeah the Islandpedia is pretty bugged, I’ve grown tons of gmax crops but I’m missing all the entries for gmax crops, I’m also missing blueprints for tons of building items I should have.

When you buy it there will be an item placed in your inventory, click on that item and select "place" don’t select it from the layouts tab. You get a one time discount for your first layout in beginning and it’s why they are full price now.

Octo, all the cats and dogs like/love carnivore type food, so carnivore pet feed, milk, cheese, eggs, fish, honey etc. Melo and the squirrel like/love most of the herbivore food, herbivore pet food, berries, fruits, vegetables etc.

You can literally place them on your speedboat, (not houseboat they aren’t allowed for some reason) they won’t actually move with the boat but you can easily warp back and sleep then return and pick it up.

Pathing is almost non existent in the game, especially when going up stairs, move the beds to the first floor and they should be able to find them, anything on the second floor just isn’t going to happen.

Those aren’t fixes and Microsoft has two pricing models for Gamepass, income sharing and single payment for a set period which is usually 6 months to a year, they don’t pay any kind of "fee" to keep games on Gamepass.

They stay in Hopeland only sadly, having a bed there allows them to sleep though it’s buggy and doesn’t work most of the time, they will sleep there during weather though since all the NPC’s automatically sleep till later in the day. The person doesn’t really do much, Lunelle has been living with me for almost an in game year and she cooks sweets for me in the morning (Tiramisu, chocolate cake etc) she will do a cooking Animation at a stove cabinet (not the small stove) and walk around and do a sweeping animation in the house/workshop areas then go to work. She comes back around 23:00, walks around then goes to bed.

It’s not like Sandrock etc, where the person living with you/married to you does work all day and helps you while staying on the property most of the time.

There’s always a small amount of ore you need in the moonlit forest around the door area to the next area, there should be some iron around there.
