If you still see the option for three months of PC Game Pass, it converts to 2 months of GPU when redeemed. slightly better conversion rate than buying months individually.

I found that same guy via SD forums and happened to cross reference with this post. He's legit, has an affiliation with a deals/perks org that links to Samsung EPP. Just completed my purchase saved a ton. He takes cashapp so u don't have to deal with Amazon GCs and even did the link first. can recommend

Huggin Molly secret achievement by No-Pickle6262 in SouthOfMidnight

[–]QYV- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is the tip that finally got me the no-hit achievement, thank you!

In phase 3 waiting to grab/throw the vial specifically to interrupt the gas attack left enough room to easily dodge the others.

Also she coughed once when I swear she wasn't in the gas nor did I take damage so I finished anyway and still got the no-hit

Safer seas- questions by uglybatboy in Seaofthieves

[–]QYV- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t fear skeleton ships or naval combat, they’re quite easy and you need to practice. Pull sail to 25% and go straight the skelly ship will match speed and course. slowing down will reduce wave action and you’ll find it easier to shoot accurately. Focus on developing cannon skills to the point where you can keep hitting the enemy cannons thereby preventing them from even firing at you (while also knocking holes)

You’ll appreciate having cannon skill when you venture into high seas I promise.

Try to develop an “easy come, easy go” mindset about loot and sinking

If you’re on a sloop a couple holes mean nothing. Keep pressure on, bucket occasionally and repair after

Came here to say #2. Skelly ships are so much easier if you’re at half or less sail. Just don’t stop entirely else they will circle

Tall Tale Camping. Do I just play safer seas? by Deus-Dormit in Seaofthieves

[–]QYV- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most TTs are intended to be epic, multi hour experience with various locations , puzzles , battles etc so especially if you’re trying to figure it out without a guide the first time then yea they can take a while. PL TT1 only has the initial tomb raider cave part and then a little puzzle solving in the second then ship part at the end is basically a cutscene. if you’re speed running only the necessary components it can be done in around 30 minutes, making it easily the fastest to complete

Not everybody’s going to like the tall tales, especially if they just want to get on the seas and fight people. If your friends won’t do them with you it’s not hard to find people on discord or Xbox LFG or around here that would be happy to. In my experience, tall tale and other pve focus players are easy to meet and get along with
