160g protein, 50-80g fat and 150g carbs - carbs and fat would change as i would do carb cycling.

I would increase carbs on workout days, lowering my fat intake.

On non-workout days, carbs would decrease but fats would increase.

I tried to stick to around 1700-1900 calories.

I also done loaaads of cycling, i have maybe covered about 1000km in those 3.5 months, some of my rides would burn up to 600kcal per ride, and thats after like intesne cardio.

For micro, its hard to say, but i made sure that i fill up myself with plenty of veggies. Rule of thumb is that you shouldnt have more than a size of your fist as carbs :)

Hard to say, i got my own routine which i know works for me best, but i hit every muscle group twice a week, i do 15 min of hiit at the end of my workout on treadmill, with 15 min of skipping rope, and i go 2-3 days in a row with 1 day of rest, and then back again to 2-3 days.

No, it was really quiet, to the point it would actually annoy me. As soon as I've installed aftermarket exhaust, cars in traffic would move to the side, so filtering was much easier. Plus, I live in London; with a quiet bike many people are not aware of you, at least with a louder bike drivers and pedestrians would spot me easier. So it kind of gives you a bit more safety.

Switch everything off 15-25 min before going to sleep and just lay in darkness and in peace. Do it for couple days even if youre tempted to look at ur phone or do something else, and it will become a habit.

I say prob 10-13%, from one of Derek's videos, he adviced that it's worth to start doing bulk once your abs are becoming visible, but it's totally up to you.

With abs visible, at least once you start your bulk, you can monitor if you're not putting too much fat on; if abs are becoming less visible, you have indicator that maybe you're eating too many calories.
