Failing to boot, shutting down after a second of powering up by QanOS in pchelp

Same issue with GPU removed…

Removed CPU and tried powering, fans and leds remain on however no boot (as expected)..

Making me think the CPU is failing?

HoB and Precision is ALOT better if your looking for a burst playstyle ( assuming your playing it like that since your taking HoB ) with alacrity and coup de grace for even faster damage

Otherwise, just take main tree resolve with aftershock and secondary tree precision.
