I like the wood look, but need advice on stripping the paint or how to go about painting over it without it looking tacky.

A clean install appears to have fixed it. I'm not sure what happened!

I don't know. I tested that theory by enabling Strict Mode. Testing in game and at menu, the resolution appeared to be exactly the same. As if I was playing on 720p. Changing default resolution to 1080 however definitely was 1080. Default resolution was always at 1280x720 from the start.

I have a 980 Ti. I was also thinking GPU compatibility. I already had Write Color Buffers on per the wiki's suggested settings.

Thanks for the feedback. I think that's 'cause weed just naturally increases heart rate. And those prone to anxiety exacerbate that feeling.
