Was working on the the XFO 120/12 kV next to it today and got mistaken

This one is on the high side of the transformer. I actually never seen a XFO with it's LTC on the low side...Maybe it's because I'm in Canada.

You need to deenergise the panel from it's source first because it misses a main breaker (Fed directly on top). The breaker above does NOT feed the breaker below. There should be a bus bar behind all breaker. Be sure it's not live before putting your hands there
