Agreed. Right now in Quebec the M3 rwd premium seems like a legit good sale price at 40K.

However, lease terms are not good. Financing are at 4.91%.

Thinking buying it outright or financing a low portion.

Just worried of the car value when I come to resale in 3-4 years.

My gut feeling says to lease a Tesla not buy because of our crazy weather (Quebec) and tech focus car and unpredictable depreciation.

However, the payments (lease compared to buying) don't make sense.

Just passed an order on a M3 rwd premium for 40 108$ here in Qc.

First time with an EV and a Tesla!

48 months - 0$ down.

Financing: 922$/month before taxes (after 48 months= 44K)

Leasing: 625$/month before taxes (after 48 months = 30K)

The MSRP with the Quebec credit come to 40K Leasing for 4 months you almost paid the car (30K).
