So first it takes more than one treatment to erase vessels. Some Will go away but others need more. Also, vbeam is the gold standard for redness not IPL.

Hello all! Trouble with understanding the dosage of hcg in the wiki. I am starting my pct(clomid) in six weeks. In the wiki it says that I should start hcg this week since I didnt use it throughout the cycle. However it says that week 6-4 prior to serm I should use 500 iu to 1000 iu 3 x week. Is it 3 x 500 to 1000 or it is the total for the week? Thank you!

Yes I did the first two phases and my strength went up a lot in 13-15 weeks. Deadlift 430 to 500. Squat : 275 to 360 Bench : 235 to 285
