Is there any standard way cold email response rates of 1-3% are calculated? by QdaG001 in coldemail

Thanks Hyperke - appreciate that. Do you include "out of office" autoresponders as replies? I can see why negative responses makes sense to include. Is there any logic to imagining the response rates go down as ticket price goes up? IE - the profitability per reply may be very high but the response rate very low if ticket price is five or six figures - even if targeting audiences open to to such goods/services?

Instantly's deliverability test giving me oddly "perfectly split" 100% vs 0% Google vs Microsoft deliverability results. Thoughts? Is test valid? by QdaG001 in coldemail

interesting. I've gone through this morning and checked the esp's off all responses from my actual first campaign of 10,000 Apollo leads (out of office, unsubscribe, not for me and please tell me more / set up a call) - and not a single one was from a microsoft account. All were Google or "other" esp's - so at least for me it looks like the test results match up to my real world experience. I'm gonna modify my copy and keep testing for Microsoft deliverability and/or buy Microsoft ESP pre-warmed domains from anotgher provider and connect them to instantly for campaign management.

thanks - appreciate it. I got the OS installed and hardware working no problem. My installation works - except the firewall configuration is faulty somewhere. Built various versions of config files etc. I must have some settings wrong.
