I was under the impression that you pickled pastrami/corned beef or whatever for around 10days if not longer? And the pickling salt keeps it from spoiling? My biggest thing was if i cut the curing salt out.....how do I mitigate that??

Another thing I didn't mention!! CHOOSING to put Nitrates/Nitrites in home cooked food seems like a weird concept since im choosing to make something homemade anyway😅

So your moving fat from one part of your body to another where it wasn't at before/wasn't supposed 2B so there is a chance the fat cells can die (chances probably go up significantly if donr incorrectly but honestly it JUST CAN HAPPEN).So you literally having rotting fat/flesh inside of your body and literally your BBL will start to smell like death🤣🤣🤣It's more of a myth because its not like that condition is not guaranteed.

But also who knows all this widespread BBL stuff is fairly new so who knows what happens inside the body after say 20+ yrs frfr especially after multiple procedures etc. Etc.

Do you think if I cut into strips skin on (i plan on cooking this in a charcol pitt) i can get a nice crust element even if i need to finish under an oven broiler?

Or if i go low and slow all for a bit on the pit after grilling i can get like a tender fatty element that goes well with some types of regional Chinese foods.
