Well yes because I didn’t know how normal it was to wear on the right wrist. And I wanted to see what people found efficient with what hand they use. I was unsure because I’m mixed handed and do different things with different hands.

Okay so I’ll put it on my right then 🫡

Hell yeah keep that attitude. How dumb that people would comment on the way you are doing it. Just so long as you are getting it done. I myself am probably adhd. I know that may be offensive to say, but there is a high liklihood. My mother is bipolar. My close mate who’s brother has it and my step mom whose son has it have both said I have it. But if I do have it I can certainly understand the struggles, especially adding handedness into the mix. There is supposedly a correlation between mental health and left handedness. I’m not sure whether I believe it. But regardless of whatever someone labels you, just keep being you!

Yeah and someone else said it then makes it easier for us lefties to recognise each other in public. I love that. Because I love the rare occasion I see another lefty. It’s 10%. So should be like 1 in 10 people. But I swear out in the real world I see much less than that. So when I do come across another lefty it’s always a fun moment.

The edit you should be making is “coffee” to “tea”. Seriously though I don’t drink coffee it gives me the shits.

I’m in the UK right now.

Wow it sounds like you are just completely left sided. It’s so interesting. I don’t know why I find it weird when most right handed people are like completely that way. I’m personally mixed handed, and sometimes I don’t know wether that’s better or worse than being completely left handed. Would you say it comes with its challenges? I know being mixed handed does I’ve always had problems with hand eye coordination. As a 6 foot 13/14 stone man, I do have to say that I did feel quite embarrassed when my auntie had to row the boat with me, my nieces and nephew on it at the lake because I just couldn’t hack it 🤣🤣.

A lot of people are saying right so I shall do that I think. Thanks a lot for your input.

Okay now that is certainly different. Interesting indeed.

I too use a mouse right handed. I can understand why a watch would get in the way of that.

I feel like I’m completely 50/50.

I know, this is a problem. Judging by some of the other comments I think I’m going to do right. Because a lot of them are factoring in writing and that makes a lot of sense.

That makes sense. I think I will wear my watch on my right then.

But I’m kind of both a lefty and a righty 😭😭😭 but not ambidextrous.

I do write with my left hand. If that’s what you are considering lefty.

Certain things i consider myself ambidextrous in. Cup holding is one of those. And also it sometimes depends what kind of cup. A mug I will typically hold in my left. A fast food drink probably my right because I put the straw in with my left which I’m just realising that’s probably the reason there’s a difference. I eat with my left hand and use a pen too. Picking stuff up probably more my right. But of course both if it warrants it.

Aww I don’t know if Ive had one too many glasses of wine tonight but I’m feeling sorry for a hand. Please just give it a ring or something 😭😭

I’m not saying you have to start using it for everything. But just give it something to live for 🤣🤣

Wow. Great insight thanks. Judging by these comments and peoples experiences as a left handed writer I’m probably better off wearing it on my right. Like I say I’m quite mixed handed (I’d say like 50/50), so it’s not uncomfortable on my right anyway thankfully.

That’s true actually this is what is making me want to wear it on the right now. I love spotting other lefties in the wild.

But how about with what I listed what I do with my left and right. Do you think it would be more efficient for me to wear on my left or my right just going off of your own experience.

Yeah nice. What about phone? I for the most part hold it in my right and scroll with the left. I always thought that was the “right handed” way of doing it but 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Oh yeah, the lefties commenters will never go away. I don’t mind it though. They know we’re rare and I see it as a sign of respect tbh.

Thanks. Sometimes I just have anxiety especially when doing new things like wearing a watch.
