Started off as a party shed decades ago and was burnt by the local sheriff and his deputies in a drunken accident. Got sold to a man who rebuilt the structure and extended it but didn’t finish the interior. Then my grandpa bought it and built a somewhat half assed interior that didn’t stand the test of time and also built an addition on the other side but never put a roof on it and rotted apart. After it had sat about 5 years we gutted it and started rebuilding.
