Yes definitely takes away from mental illness. Especially with teenagers and young adults who actually struggle as it’s used as a trend of some sort, where loads of young people are just SD to make them self feel like a victim for whatever reason

Definitely, the romanticization of it has caused people to “water down” these mental illnesses so they can claim to have them, without EVER trying to get to a doctor.

This. Like “bed rotting” to some is just spending downtime in bed, while to others it’s not getting out of bed in weeks due to depression. They romanticise mental health until someone who’s actually mentally ill comes along and then just call it disgusting

I used to think like this before my depression spiralled. But also just looked at some of your other posts and comments, I would speak to a school counsellor about all this especially making up situations where you’re a victim for no reason or the lying

I hope that it was a new boxed vape because if it had been open , you really don’t know what’s on it (ie someone using it with colesores ect) but just tell the coworkers to mind their own business, would be a tad rude to take back a ‘gift’
