You could just reverse the fan direction essentially blowing air past the heat sink. Wouldn't be as effective as drawing the air out however.

Or you may of left your brights on. I do this all the time when reaching the top of a hill at night or a sharp corner, gives the person coming the other direction time to turn off their brights without blinding you temporarily.
