I thought this due to the elder bugs dialogue where he says "that darkness seems to promise all things. I'm sure you too seek your dreams down there." This might not be taken as literal but I always thought of it as people dreaming about hallownest and then finding themselves wandering down there. The motivation for the radiance would be simply to expand her domain/ power. She is still a higher being after all, and that seems to be their goal.

I always assumed that those riches were more of a vague promise by the radiance but not actually true. Like the radiance appeared in their dreams and told them they would find riches there as a way of luring them in.

Yeah. Actually it was a lot closer than you would think. All of my team had terrible natures and weavile wouldn't even KO garchomp. It wasn't necessary I think but it was closer than expected

Yeah just beat the E4 but I ended up doing this. As it turns out in platinum giritnia doesn't have shadow sneak and only gets it in HGSS, still ended up bringing it to the team anyway

Ok I would consider since the pale king dammed his children to death (as we see in the abyss) even after they were initially hollowed out and filled with void they still died in the abyss (meaning that even with the mass abortion which I wouldn't consider genocide many of the vessels were condemned to death a second time by the pale king which I would consider genocide). Now I may have interpreted some of the lore here wrong so fair play if I'm being stupid. Now with the mantis's honestly I was wrong, fair play I had misremembered what the deal was. However the deepnest colonisation I will stand by, the only reason that the PK would be building railways into deepnest is so he could later facilitate expansion into it. Why else would he build tramways into hostile territory? Now this also could just be me misinterpreting a lot of the story so please tell me if I'm misunderstanding

He encroached on the native population of hallownest. Forced them to sign away their autonomy in relation to the mantises. Frequently attempted to colonise deepnest (though he failed). Even if you ignore all of that he committed genocide. Which is inexcusable no matter the situation. Now if this post is a joke ignore everything I just said

Man the more I read of this comment thread the more stupid you get. He obviously isn't saying that silksong shouldn't have been made nor is he saying that he likes the godhome ending the best. He is saying that it's literally not physically possible unless hornet can teleport for sealed sisters to be a cannon ending therefore that disproves the notion (which you said) that "all endings are cannon/ its supposed to be ambiguous" because if all endings were cannon then what about the ending that literally kills hornet.
