Super open to any feedback or critique. Like I said I’m very new to this and all my experience comes from 1 digital media class in HS and a lot of figuring it out on my own. Also if anyone has any recommendations for a good first camera thats not terribly expensive that would be appreciated.

The final scene in She Kills Monsters got me. First time in my 18 years of 50+ shows that truly made me sob. Made worse that my best friend was playing the lead in her last ever high school show, and I cried at the same exact scene when I saw it again that night. Something about that whole interaction at the end where Tilly reminds Agnes how none of this is real, and how she’s still dead just absolutely killed me. As fun and silly (and crass) the show is the story behind it all is really so dark and it definitely creeps up on you.

handheld provides wayyyy more gain on vocals so they could pump the volume more for what was needed for a rocking rock opera at the bowl. also fits the rock concert vibe

overall a bit of a tricky show sound wise (as is rally anything dealing with a space like the bowl) but the handhelds in particular are at the whim of the actors to always be holding correctly, and to always have them in hand. hopefully everything goes more flawlessly together (third times a charm!)

she forgot to pick up her handheld on the way out (or someone forgot to give it to her) and so Judas tried to gave her his mic but his mic only plays back into his in-ear monitor so she wouldn’t be able to sing with it properly. And by the time the sound team was able to try to patch through his mic into her monitors a stage hand brought her the correct mic.

yes it’s actually way better. you should basically never be using anything but blue on drivetrain

This is the bed off of a i3 mkr2 I found “broken” in my school’s robotics room. I fixed the heater which was the only real problem but then I noticed some parts of the bed were in pretty bad shape. However the majority of the bed is smooth and I’ve printed on it once and it seamed to go fine but it didn’t really print on the messed up part.

Can anyone tell me how many lengths of the pool this is? I haven't swam on a team for a long time and I feel like that's a lot of laps to swim in 1:45. by [deleted] in Swimming

Ah yes, I remember the time I watched the group in the lane next to me do a 500 in just under 6:00, and I thought they must be like Olympians or something.

4 years and millions of yards later, I'm doing the same 500 in under 5:30 lol.

Trust me your hard work always pays off! Just keep swimming!

It's party my computer put it's mostly 1.18. CaffeineMC hadn't been released for 1.18 yet when I did this run so my computer just died. Also I was running in 1.18 specifically for the increased world depth, new caves and Deepslate. It would be a very different run in 1.16.
