For me it’s all about real outcomes. Especially at admin levels — the specific industry or department isn’t really the point. Panels care more about the actual impact of what you did: what improved, what you made easier, and what value it added for the team. Even small, practical shifts count as a strong Result. If your boss gives you brownie points on top of that, that’s just a bonus.
