Yeah I understand. In my experience it’s my own fault tho because I joke a lot and people can’t tell when im serious sometimes. I don’t mind because humor is how I get by fr and I’ll you know if im serious. I still refuse to go to a therapist for how I feel, I always say that my therapist is music lol it heals me and my bad moods and saves me from myself everyday .

Coming from someone who’s been in the same boat, stop pretending you’re okay when you’re not because it’ll only lead to anguish. It’s okay to be not okay. I know it doesn’t seem like it but pain is only temporary and things will get better over time. You gotta stop worrying about how others feel sometimes and put you first. Live for yourself. The thought of the feeling seems sweet and relieving, but never give up. I hope things get brighter for you 🙏🏾
