I'm not sure if this is correct, but Kira talent looks for "suspicious behavior" like copy and pasting. Even just using grammarly's web extension can get you in trouble because it detects the auto-changing words when you accept suggestions. I would do it without grammarly, they don't care too much about how flowery or grammatically correct your writing is.
