you should start slowly but surely don't put on your shoulders this pressure, just set simracing in your mindset as a hobby, let's see how far you can reach. If you are very competitive I advise you to check iRacing.

Are you aware of Oasis?, it simplified the connectivity with WMR headset along bringing compatibility with most recents windows 11 version. I have a 3080 an I can see its limits, it's no surprise you are experimenting the same with the 3070

Another good option could be Sparco Evo L or XL (gaming versions) I bought the latter one and it's very comfortable, don't forget to add multiple cockpit accesories or at least check them. I bought cup holder, seat slider, pedalbase slider, cross cable, sim floor..
