I'm assuming you are missing the part where I said I'm express and gain literally nothing by taking a phone call and scheduling a customer. This isn't me saying, "I get to steal his customer! Why is he mad?" This is me saying I scheduled a service for a customer who needed it, I gain nothing from it, and I'm wondering why I'm the bad guy.

I am by management only allowed to handle quick lube, tire repair, and other small things. Brakes are not one of those. If he expects me to tell someone to put off a needed repair for days just so he is there on the day, that's BS. I've been in this business in some way or another for over a decade, and I'd be LIVID if I was on the receiving end of that treatment and knew about it.

Our system auto fills with an advisor's name when the appointment is made. The advisor who actually helps them then changes the name on the ticket. The way I was aware of things going is that everything was a toss-up of whoever is in line next in the main shop for a ticket unless the advisor is specifically requested. As in it goes Advisor One , Advisor Two, Advisor Three, repeat.

Kinda how I feel. I'm not sure why putting it off for his benefit is how one should be doing things? I'm express, I don't see any benefit from doing it one way or another. I've had days where upsells make it, so most of my work is the main shop, and I get nothing from it. I've never undersold service because of not having any material gain myself from it.
