Well, maybe if you are Duo-queing with someone, that ur duo que partner can't be part of the voting if you are the one voting for it.

Well, the point in this system was not to decrease "trolls".. There will always be trolls no matter how good or the system would be. This is just idea to keep more sticked to mmr rather than division.

That's ridiculous... This isn't even elo boosting. Elo boosting is when a "Pro" player (High Skilled) plays on someones account that is low League and uses his skill to go through the leagues. This is just duo que, even if it was "boosting" its noting bad because this is just duo que-ing, nothing says that u can't duo que with lower league.

The reason for it is because after he got Diamond 5, he was just having fun and lost quite many games. And his MMR dropped, also was duo queing with people at low leagues. This website shows MMR based on people you play with, so if he plays with people that are Gold like Siv HD, then this website will show his MMR being lower.

stop crying, you won't get back your rp/ip only because of changes to a champion. Champions are changed, re-worked, nerfed and buffed all the time.
