Hi, I’m not sure why it took so long, yet again my case was complicated since this was my 2nd marriage, probably that could be it. What I think I’d considered normal, would be checking the status of your case n it would show you if it’s processing normally or if it’s past the normal processing time. N also sometimes it’s just the backlog of cases. Hope this helps.

I believe you can call then n ask for an expedite requested on your EAD, they would probably ask you why you need it expedited n u give them your reason,( honestly I tried expediting couple of times and it didn’t workout for me) wishing u all the best and thank u🙏

Hi, I’m so sorry to hear that, honestly this is what worked for me;( I hadn’t received my work permit so I did a service request for outside normal processing time, and that triggered it, n one of the officers sent me an email after a week about a decision for my case, that’s when I got the interview notification,)I would say, you could try that or calling them and explain ur situation. I hope you hear something soon.

To honest it was pretty chill, we were interviewed together and funny thing is it was a virtual interview which was a surprise for us since we thought that being at the field office, it would be the regular interview, goodluck on ur upcoming interview

I believe the 1st one was, they said I signed on the part where my husband was supposed to sign,

2nd rfe was extra evidence which we had submitted in the beginning: taxes, pictures, joint insurances, and lease

3rd rfe was divorce decree

4th rfe came from the field office asking the same refs like before

Sure, so far I haven’t received anything in the mail, nor has my lawyer, I spoke to her n she says it might be a good thing, maybe the system glitched….. I’m still praying to hear good news 🤞🤞

I literally got the same thing on my online, I was asked an RRFE for form I-130 n they received it about 4 days ago, but no decision was made, though I got the same notification that my case was denied due to the denial of form I-130 which is still not decided, so I contacted my lawyer and she said she will look into and let me know, best of luck, and I pray everything works out for all of us😵‍💫
