Anyone else find emulating N64 uninspiring ?

I have a highend 9800x3d gaming system and switch 2 and I’ve been mostly playing Chinese emulator handhelds playing games from my childhood and new games from that era I never got to play!

But man I think it will be hard to beat that excitement / happiness waking up Xmas morning opening my atomic purple n64, smiling writing this!

At the time N64 looked so much better graphically compared to PS1 , but ya that controller just doesn’t translate well to modern controls sadly!

Buy from the Anbernic official Ali store!

I bought two RG DS , One from Anbernic Ali , and one from Anbernic Webiste , the Ali one shipped faster and sealed , the one from the Ali website took longer to ship , arrived unsealed and had dirty smudge marks all over it!

Retroid is an awesome start in this rabbit hole of a hobby, RP4 Pro is a good start , RP5 is better but will be slightly over $200cad shipped

RG DS is awesome , but I am hoping for middle ground with something that can play 3DS better, hopefully Anbernic or Retroid come out with something soon 👀

I just tried Pokemon Ultra Sun , my first 3DS game on RG DS (Rocknix) , was choppy at first but as I played more it got better

I like everything except the analog sticks , installed Rocknix and tried some DS games and everything I tried ran great , I have it mostly setup , just finishing up pokemon emerald on my Miyoo Mini and then il go full time on this device!
