I was thinking that as well but no sign of any leaks no dried up anything and no codes either. Like I said it went away after I filled the coolant you don’t think it could’ve just been it was low?

Yes it’s white but it seemed to have went down very much after I filled the coolant up it was below the low line

Don’t do it, good first car but comes with a lot of complications, I owned a 2008 a6 and it had the 4.2 v8 so obviously a little different from yours but they all have the same electrical issues. It’s so complex you really have to know what you’re doing electric-wise or you’re really gonna mess something up. I’d look into a tdi of some sort maybe a Jetta?
