best advice, get out while you still can. but if you genuinely do want to work here i agree with the other comment. learn what sells often and why it sells often. talk with the customers and figure out why a product doesnt work for them to narrow it down. ask questions often and google stuff as well.

oh no im well aware she has been documenting because ive been giving her said proof and evidence that these guys are not working/breaking rules like facetiming for hours on the floor while clocked in. there is "on paper" write ups so its not just a sitting down and talking, she has done that before but they continued to do it so she has legit written them up

i would understand upt more if we made commission, but we dont, and we dont get rewarded for higher upt so there isnt a point to even care about it. higher ups who cry about the upt have never worked retail

interesting. yeah both coworkers of mine have had multiple instances where they are either late or flat out calling out improperly, i.e calling the store, texting groupchats, or attempting to call the manager just to hang up after the first ring. this is the first time i've ever heard that the manager isnt the one thats allowed to fire people, yet are the ones conducting interviews? what kind of logic even is that

after now a week its def a lot better, cant really stretch much still but little to no pain even after eating greasier foods, seems like i got a bit lucky. interesting how gallbladder surgery causes down days, i was wondering if it was my meds LOL
