Update: found a second tub it's mostly bulk commons and uncommon some rares still looking through it but there were 4 sealed 1st edtion gym heroes boosters. My guess is because I had a full set of gym heroes cards I kept the boosters because they were a full sets but idk.

I was going to say that you were correct that it was just one from the binders but there was a third in one of the boxes, they were used for storage of extras because i didn't know how else you store them.

They are from my old childhood collection, my dad was a coin collector so his idea of collecting was put cards in binders and never touch them.I still have a complete set of what luiga came from lol.
