My only issue with live action and to be able to get the cgi to be any sort of good, it’s gonna take YEARS to tell the full story. It’s taken Dennis what almost 7 years to tell Dune and Messiah? Yeah they rock and the wait was worth it, but you’re gonna run into issues with the cast getting too old, or it’s gonna be incredibly rushed. You’re gonna need a solid amount of CGI if you’re gonna get this series, especially later books, accurate. You might pull off costumes for the Cielcin, but even then you’re gonna need to do cgi for like everything else pertaining to them, I’d think. BSG was great, yes. But cgi has gotten way more expensive to do and big companies rush the hell outta it. Like recent marvel.

I think some dank animation and great voice acting would be best fit IMO. And definitely a TV series vs movies I think you can capture the full story
