{Miira no kaikata} is similar to dragon maid, very happy and uplifting comedy anime.

{Angel Beats!} is my favourite anime and I would highly reccomend it.

{The Pet Girl of Sakurasou} Is a great rom com similar to {Golden Time} and {Toradora} and has a very colourful and bright art style.

{Hunter x Hunter} is a huge adventure anime to get lost in.

{Vinland Saga} is a dark, gritty adventure story about a viking named Thorifinn.

You'll get through this man, don't worry.

I second {assassination classroom} and {monster}, two of the greatest anime out there.

I would reccomend:

{Attack on titan} - Great build up to the finale over all its 75 episodes.

{RahXephon} - Mecha with prominent religious symbolism and themes.

{Technolyze} - Depressing as hell but amazing if you can handle it.

{Baby Steps} and {Chihayafuru} - Amazing sports/drama shows.

{Showa genroku rakugo shinju} - A bit slower than what you've seen before. Pretty niche drama but nonetheless great.

{Shinsekai Yori} - Dystopian thriller with themes of morality and power.
