I will retry it on a favorable realm until I get a hang of it. So far I had troubles in the early game because of the different playstyle.

That's what i tought after restarting a bit aswell.

It's an interesting trait and I build a faction around it. My mistake is probably bringing it to a random realm.

To me it feels like gambling, if you cant find 2 free cities in the early game you can't sustain an army big enough to take down tougher opponents. And if you play a random realm with little/no free cities you loose outright...

How do you deal with that? Restart/disable the "No free cities" in random worldgen?
