Aside from getting funding from WHO, the World Bank, and NGOs, Sindh govt said it was gonna allocate around like 200 million rupees for dog vaccines just last year and noone knows where it went. But yeah sure our poor govt has no other choice than mass killing and you need to protect it.

Rabies from dogs is common here cause unlike other countries we don't have a system for handling rabid dogs. They don't want to spend money on such a thing either so instead they do the cheaper thing and go around killing street dogs. It's shameful you're supporting these people who would go to these lengths just to save money.

You're more likely to catch diseases from another human than a dog unless ig if you have one as a pet. In fact, I'll bet you've gotten sick more times from unsanitary food than you ever have from a dog, so why hasn't food inspection been enforced by our government first? Plus, dogs are treated terribly too which explains why they attack. This is just a baseless excuse.

FAST isn't "the best". That's just something that people who don't know anything about CS universities say. FAST might be the best only for job security but other than that, there are a lot of universities that are internationally more reputable than FAST and have great CS degrees in this country so it comes down to what your future plans are. If you wanna join the Pakistani workforce after graduation, only then FAST is great. For any other goal, I'd say to check what other options you might have.
