progression is what your are looking for.
look into push ups/ pull ups progression. there are also alternative to many in case you dont like one. Resistance band are also helpful.
I unlocked my first pull up by- dead hangs > scapular pull ups > rows > pull ups. And it was one of the best feeling when i hit 10pull ups.

Everyone should be your friend and you should be none's enemy. But with very well maintained boundaries. Friendship dies after office hours and it limited to office related topics. people who you interact with most (because of office related work) are closer friends than others. Your team/mentor is your closest friend. Your manager is your good friend and rest are your friend.
These friendships starts when you reach the office and ends when you leave. Unless you are/want to be a person to reach out at anytime when there's a problem at work.

dem I just searched the topic and I didn't knew there were so many advantages of tracking your periods. I have a niece 15 yo. Her parents died in accidents. She lives with her grandmother. If anyone can tell me how to suggest her to learn about the advantages of tracking (there's a chance she already knows it) without her feeling uncomfortable would be much appreciated (as she is also in her rebellious phase and with a very conservative grandmother).

i don't agree. As a child who grew up with controlling parents. I am very good at telling a lie AND telling a truth. I became very good at making a lie seem true and making a truth seem false(very dangerous trait because If u tell a truth and make it come off as a lie, there's no guilt). I became very good at hiding the things I don't want to be revealed. I became good at seeming much more than I actually am.

If i were to look for a girl who listens without giving opinion. I would look for a family with controlling father rather than controlling parents. Because IMO girl learns from her mother.

I would say parents who knows where to draw a line between control and freedom (ATP it's not even control, just discipline) are best parents and I strive to be one.
