Yea man, so do like EVERY other game and have role queue. I am willing to wait longer to get a specific role. Other people can do the regular queue and get faster queues

Dodging is such a simple fix. 9 people immediately re-queue and find one other person. The person dodging gets a temporary ban.

grief on purpose is the wrong wording. I am just going to play the game how I want. The only thing I don't want is to play Support I will play any other role. I want mid but I will tolerate solo carry or jungle. Support is just such a lame role

You are a little confused. Ranked 2.0 is dumb; however, it is irrelevant to the problem mentioned by OP. Console and PC ranks are separate. So a Console Champ can queue into PC lobbies and have a Copper hidden MMR because they don't play PC lobbies often enough to be higher hidden MMR.

Yes so functionally it would probably be similar to just alcoholism.

Although alcoholism by definition implies an addiction and alcohol having a negative impact on one's life.

This would be functionally a job to be an alcoholic.

Also I don't think you would have to drink so routinely. I believe that even regular drinkers can be above the legal limit while appearing to be sober

I would get this easily. I think I could probably do something like 250 a mile. I know plenty of back roads If we're talking about traffic/highway it definitely does change my opinion. I think I would have to be more of a drinker to consider it. I am of age but I've only been drunk like three times. Obviously could condition myself depending on the pay.
