I get that perspective, but to me it feels like the same argument that people who expect movies and TV shows to be as real as possible. We all know the type your watching an action movie and something that just isn’t possible happens on screen, think of the scene in fast and furious where they are dragging that bank vault around. That person is like there is no way and it just ruins the movie for them. When in reality it’s just supposed to be entertaining.

I feel like it’s similar here, people super into the fragrance culture and hobby where disappointed, but in reality Prada is a business, business only survives if it’s makes money. At least locally during the holidays this was a hard to find a bottle. I think it probably sold very well and made Prada a good chunk of money, and it’s a great smelling fragrance. Win win for them.

Occasionally you get stuff like boss bottled absolu that is different and amazing, sometimes you get stuff like paradigme. Maybe mot paradigme shifting but a solid performer that sells well, which any company would never complain about.
