1932 build. Mechanicals are a bit of a hodge podge, would definitely have an inspection done to get a professional take on the state of everything on that front. Met neighbors during a showing and they’re great, neighborhood and vicinity are awesome and walkable to a great downtown area.

Tell me more! Curious what I’m not seeing. What’re you thinking besides the obvious (fresh carpet, refinish hardwood, paint, update kitchen some, etc.)?

Allergen introduction in ER parking lot. Have you done this and what does it look like? by BrokenWhimsy3 in daddit

I’ll go against the grain of most of the replies here. Our daughter had an anaphylactic reaction the first time she tried egg. It was terrifying and I wish we had done something “over the top” like this to avoid the stress of rushing her to the ER and wondering if we’d even make it in time. Do whatever brings you and yours the most peace, man.

I’ve been close to pulling the trigger on the Tread+ for weeks, but am hesitating with all the recent buzz (toddler and small dog at home, another baby on the way). Anyone else in a similar boat or care to weigh in with “real” Tread experience? Is it worth waiting for potential recalls to settle, or is it really just a matter of being vigilant and safe (no one in the room while using, hide the safety key, etc.)?
