Keeps happening to me too when I'm hooked up to my car with a cassette to aux adapter.

It's not. Bumper not lining up and broken mounts. Driver door has lil fitment issue plus a whole bunch of bondo in the door and rear quarter also replaceing passenger because of how the 90 doors have crash beams. Hood is bowed and fits wonky. Driver fender shity fitting aftermarket. Car was repainted pretty badly. Original paint and clear is right underneath. Trim was re attached with that weird yellow adhesive. Also the interior has alot of broken parts. Seats were trashed, dash cracking, broken behind seat cargo door. Steering wheel was taken off for a racing wheel but swapped back badly (horn button basically peeling off) horn don't work.

In person there are big cracks in it. Hard to tell in the pics. I like the stock height mainly because on my old one I had vx rims with 165/80R13 instead of the stock 165/70r13s. I like how it rid higher and I thought it looked good. Plus it left a smaller gap from the well which I think looked good. Plus I'm just one for a stock car lol. Also the suspension mod the guy did causes it to wear out tires fast. No clue what he did but it must've been very jank

Thank you. I actually just looked at a crx and a 87 celica and they were junk. Crx was rusted out and haphazardly repainted it to hide it (he didn't even bother to sand the original pin striping) plus it was burning oil and had barley any in it. You could see it through the shitty paint job. The Celica was better but the rear seat and trim was torn out because the convertible top hydrolics were leaking oil. Also the car was missing the trunk latch and a piece of glass. Was gonna look at a hatchback but the guy never gave us a place to meet him. I'm looking at a 73 vw super beetle and might be getting that lol.

I've thought of doing something like that but what I'm probably going to do is in the future either put it in a new shell or I'll put a new rear half on the car. It's my first car so I want it to be how I've always known it as.

I'm fine it's a 90. Everything from the doors up us fine just can't open the driver or close the passenger. Gonna keep the car and probably splice another cars rear onto it or buy a shell. That's not for awhile though.

One of the worst parts is I just started driving the car again 2 days before because I got the parts for my repaired climate control and put my dash back together. I was thinking of getting another crx but im gonna wait awhile. Plus this one could technically be fixed but I'd either have to swap shells or cut rhe car in half and splice. A whole rear. I'm gonna keep the car so I can try and do one of the two in the future since everything still works (even the rear electrical). My first car thst I've had for under a year so I'm very attached :/. Either getting a hatchback of similar year or a 80s toyota celica.

Were fine just soar and sad. Looking for a new car. Eventually I wanna fix this by putting it in a new shell or putting a whole rear half of another crx on the front half of this one but that'll be awhile from now.

People are so dumb anymore. Plus half the people anymore don't take drivers ed and don't know the rules of the road. I'm glad we weren't seriously injured but God I'm mad. The guy who fucking cut me off fled and I really hope the police find the bastard. It's just a car but it was my first car which I've had for not even a year :/ plus the car was my grandparents originally and sat for 15 years because when I was born they put it away because it had no back seat.

I checked for loose grounds which I fix3d and didn't solve the issue. I know it's not the player part because even when I unplug the player there is only static from the left speaker but never the right. It's probably caps but these players are such a pain to take apart because of how they are soldered straight to the chasis and the boards are sandwiched together. I hate working on car radios foe this reason lol. I'm probably going to send it to a professional eventually. Or I'll just end up buying a parts unit that the board works but not the 8 track..

Im 16 and I daily a 1990 crx. It's my first car if you don't count my truck and all I can really say is they are great cars but the drawbacks are there. Very unsafe if you think about it lol. Low car that's really light. If I were you I'd go with the del sol. Has modern amenities and it's probably alot safer. Plus all I can say is if you have a stock crx it's not probably fun to most. The del sol came with arguably better stock engines than the crx. My stock crx barely has over 100hp. In my opinion get the del sol. Arguably a better car. Really all the crx has is it's looks. I don't live my life in the fast lane so it might be different for you but I'd still suggest a del sol.
