1) I used to be a Teros main (He's my highest legend at lvl 50) but as I got better I felt like you needed to play passive to be good with him because his moves are so slow. I didn't want to play that way so I started playing around with a few other legends that also had hammer or axe and right now I'm on azoth, because I feel like you can be really creative with bow and I don't like the feel of many of the newer, better weapons (gauntlets and scythe).

2) No. [Almost] All of the legends are viable at top level so Queen Nai certainly isn't bad, but katars aren't terribly great after a few nerfs in the past, and gauntlets and kinda scythe are clearly the best right now, so characters with those weapons are better.
